30-day money back
If the tool doesn't work for your pet, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the full price of your order.
How to return
Email help@frontierpaws.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
Refunds
We refund to your original payment method after we approve your return. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
Free replacement
If the guard comes loose or the blades go dull within 1 year of delivery, email us and we will replace the tool free of charge.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email us with your order number and a photo and we will make it right.
Customers in the EU
Customers in the European Union also keep their legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law.
